On Nov 18 there will be a special guest, who will lead us from an experience of Ecstatic Yoga to a Loving Kindness Meditation. Ecstatic Yoga is a playful practice that fuses slow flow yoga, ecstatic dance, and yin yoga to a groovy playlist that rides an energetic bell curve. The following Loving Kindness Meditation is a visualization meditation meant to cultivate love and acceptance of self and others despite differences and/or qualities that challenge us.
Come for one or both. Each is accessible to all experience levels, and that includes no experience at all! Join Dylan as he leads the group through an hour of yoga poses that tone your body and then an hour of meditation to calm and tone your mind! Have any questions?
