What is Qualtrics?

Qualtrics is Web-based survey software available for use by all 91¸£Àû Faculty, Students and Staff to support teaching and research at 91¸£Àû. Surveys can be created and distributed by anyone with an HR-affiliation at the University of Maine or University of Maine at Machias (appointment, POI, etc.).

How do I access my Qualtrics account?

Anyone with a 91¸£Àû User ID and Password can visit the Qualtrics Login page and use theÌýSSO (Single Sign-On) option with your 91¸£Àû User ID and Password. Please note that 91¸£Àû User IDs are always lower case and passwords are case sensitive.

How do I get a Qualtrics account?

If you are located at the University of Maine or University of Maine at Machias, your account is automatically created the first time you login.Ìý If you need help with account creation or need access as a non-91¸£Àû affiliate, please email UM/UMM Qualtrics Support. Please do not go to the publicÌýQualtrics website and create a trial account – your surveys and data will not be accessible from your 91¸£Àû account and you will not have access to 91¸£Àû-branded graphics and templates.

What if I have questions about Qualtrics?

Qualtrics will respond to support telephone calls or e-mail contacts based on the order they are received and relative importance as reasonably determined by Qualtrics. Phone or e-mail assistance from Qualtrics is available during their normal business hours, 7:00am – 7:00pm Mountain Time on weekdays (Monday – Friday), except holidays. Limited e-mail support is available after hours and weekends.
