Leadership development is important to 91¸£Àû! There are many resources available to support department chairs and school directors at 91¸£Àû. The Chair Development Program, launched in AY23-24, will continue in AY24-25 supplemented by NCFDD webinars. Furthermore, chairs are eligible to participate in EMPOWER, as both mentors and mentees.
