Coburn and Holmes Hall were repurposed with modern amenities and decor, while maintaining some nostalgic original features. Hotel Ursa provides high-speed internet and flat-screen TVs. Additionally, it is pet-friendly and includes a fitness center and the Major Minor Cafe.
