Leadership & Public Service Pathway

Lead the way with a head start on your 91¸£Àû degree! 

  • Explore leadership principles and roles.
  • Earn 14 college credits.
  • Open to all high school students.
  • Asynchronous online courses with top faculty.
  • Culminates in an optional residential summer program at 91¸£Àû.

Starting Fall 2024, the 91¸£Àû Early College Leadership and Public Service Pathway offers high school students the opportunity to explore leadership and public service principles while earning college credits.

Core Courses (8 Credit Hours):

  • INT 193: Introduction to Career Exploration and Development (2 Credits)
  • LDR 100: Foundations of Leadership (3 Credits)
  • POS 100: American Government (3 Credits)

General Education Options (choose one):

  • ENG 101: College Composition (3 Credits)
  • LDR 200: Leadership Ethics (3 Credits)
  • POS 120: Introduction to World Politics (3 Credits)

Recommended Electives (choose one):

  • CMJ 103: Public Speaking (3 Credits)
  • POS 201: Introduction to Political Theory (3 Credits)
  • POS 203: American State and Local Government (3 Credits)
  • ECO 190: World Food Supply, Population, and Environment (3 Credits)
