Application Process

Whether you are applying as a student fellow or a host company, you must complete an online application. The application process for companies and students opens on in November 2026, and applications will be due on January 31st. The application is structured so that you may start it, save your progress, and return later to finish. All are encouraged to apply early!

  • Application Deadline: January 31st
  • Mid-February: Select Top Companies You’re Interested In
  • Late March: Notified of Status with IFM

  • Application Deadline: January 31st
  • Late February: Start Reviewing Student Applications (if students select you as a top choice)
  • Mid-April: Notified of Status with IFM
