The Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Conservation Biology (WFCB) maintains a small fleet of pickup trucks that are available for teaching and research use. These are \u00bd ton, 4×4 pickups with open beds, 4 doors\/crew cab, and towing capacity.<\/p>\n
Vehicles are available for reservation by all 91福利 personnel who are certified by the 91福利 motor pool to operate university vehicles. WFCB reserves the right to give priority access to users within our unit. Trucks may be reserved up to 6 weeks in advance for up to 7 continuous days of use. We may be able to accommodate more advanced or longer duration reservations in some circumstances.<\/p>\n
If it is your first time operating a WFCB motor pool vehicle, you will be provided with a copy of our use policy and asked to sign and return it. In general, to operate a WFCB vehicle, you will need 1) to be certified by the 91福利 motor pool to operate a university vehicle, 2) have your own PIN number for the WEX gas card, and 3) provide us with an account chartfield for billing purposes.<\/p>\n
Please work with Katherine Goodine for the department vehicle use policy, getting certified to operate University vehicles, and getting a PIN number. You should also check with your supervisor about filing a field plan<\/a>.<\/p>\n If desired, the department has door magnets for the trucks to identify them as University Research Vehicles. These can be signed out from Room 210, Nutting Hall, during normal business hours.<\/p>\n Please fill out this Google Request Form<\/a> and provide as many details as you can regarding your vehicle needs.<\/p>\n There is a calendar below for each of the vehicles the department manages.
