Starting at the Riverfront Park, the trail follows the Meduxnekeag River.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.traillink.com\/trail\/southern-bangor-and-aroostook-trail\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Southern Bangor &amp; Aroostook Trail<\/a><\/strong> <em>Presque Isle and Houlton, ME 04730<\/em>\n<ul>\n<li>This 37-mile trail runs mostly through farmland and occasionally goes into forests and wetlands.
