Aurora-Amherst

Welcome to Aurora-Amherst!

Aurora, a small town in Hancock country, was named after the Greek goddess of dawn. Aurora and its neighbor to the West, Amherst, are both small towns, but there’s still plenty to do! Settled in 1805 and incorporated in 1831.
