Wallagrass
Welcome to Wallagrass!

The town of Wallagrass was originally settled in the mid-1800s by Acadians, but the town was not incorporated until 1979. Like in many Aroostook towns, people in Wallagrass mainly worked in the agriculture and logging industries. The town has a population of  519 (2020 census)  It is located close to Eagle Lake and “has been a launching spot for a canoe trip down the Fish River on a northerly paddle, passing through Soldier Pond Village in Wallagrass.” ()
