He was born and raised in Lewiston, Maine, where he attended Lewiston High School, then went on to study American History &amp; Literature at Harvard University. For nearly 30 years, he has written for a number of shows, including\u00a0<em>The New Adventures of Old Christine, Desperate Housewives\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0<em>Suburgatory.\u00a0<\/em>He worked on the pilot of\u00a0<em>Will &amp; Grace\u00a0<\/em>in 1999, and remained a writer\/producer on the show for its entire first run, winning an Emmy Award in 2000. He currently serves as Executive Producer\u00a0of the series\u2019 revival, while working on various other television pilots and screenplays.<\/p>\n<p>Join us for a <strong>social<\/strong> starting at <strong>4 p.m.<\/strong> before the lecture.
