Detailed information about general security requirements can be found at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecfr.gov\/current\/title-21\/chapter-II\/part-1301\/subject-group-ECFRa7ff8142033a7a2\/section-1301.71\">Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 21 \u00a71301.71 (external link)<\/a>. These requirements must be followed to avoid theft or diversion which may lead to a violation of federal laws.
