Please attach a Safety Data Sheet<\/strong><\/a> (SDS) with your shipment and be sure to use appropriate packaging and method of shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Label samples with your name, sample ID, date<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Package according to instructions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Fill in Sample Submission Form<\/strong> and attach along with\u00a0an SDS<\/strong> for your sample<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Include the name of PDC\u00a0staff member<\/li>\n\n\n\n
