(GIC 26-01 &#8211; Termination Payment)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Financial Management \u2013 Payment Requests and Drawdowns<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>NASA has revised requirements related to payment requests and drawdowns, including limitations on drawing down general grant funds for specific projects without NASA\u2019s affirmative authorization, and requiring recipients to provide written justification for each payment request at the sub-account level (including the amount requested, applicable budget cost category, and explanation of need). (GIC 26-01 &#8211; Termination Payment)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Effective Date<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>These revisions are <strong>effective immediately upon issuance<\/strong> of the GIC.
