Angela Mech, assistant professor of forest entomology at the University of Maine, was featured in the discussing Maine鈥檚 targeted strategy to prevent another major spruce budworm moth outbreak in the North Maine Woods. 鈥淚t鈥檚 crazy to think that just one small insect can have such a big impact on the state,鈥 said Mech.
