The noted that Bruce Pratt, a lecturer in the Department of English at the University of Maine, will participate in the Bangor Area Maine Authors’ Book Fair on Dec. 10, from 11 a.m.–5 p.m. Pratt is an award-winning writer and poet whose first novel is titled “The Serpents of Blissfull.”
