The and featured Susan Smith, director of Intermedia Programs at the University of Maine, and her piece 鈥淩adical Gardening,鈥 which features PFAS-contaminated water; skeins of yarn and fabric colored with PFAS-contaminated dye; and dried plants and flowers that grew in PFAS-laden soil, preserved in beeswax. The piece is presently on display at the IMRC through Saturday. After its exhibition at the IMRC, 鈥淩adical Gardening鈥 will go on display at the New York City Soil and Water Conservation District for the month of November. shared the BDN report.
