The talk was presented to more than 75 attendees, including state Water Resources Research Institute directors and team members from across the U.S. and its territories.<\/p>\n<p>Mitchell Center Director <a href=\"https:\/\/umaine.edu\/mitchellcenter\/people\/david-hart\/\">David Hart<\/a>, who leads <a href=\"https:\/\/umaine.edu\/mitchellcenter\/educateengage\/funding-opportunities\/\">Maine&#8217;s Water Resources Research Institute<\/a> and is a collaborator on the PFAS research, also participated in the conference.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Caroline Noblet, associate professor in the School of Economics and Mitchell Center faculty fellow, was invited to present at the National Institutes for Water Resources annual conference, held virtually on February 7-9, 2022.
