Mitchell Center Faculty Fellows Michael Haedicke<\/a> and Lauren Ross<\/a> have received 91¸£Àû Faculty Research Awards to further their work.<\/p>\n

Haedicke, an associate professor of sociology, was given a summer research award for his project, \u201cConstructing and Contesting Climate Adaptation Plans in Southern Louisiana.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lauren Ross<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Ross, an assistant professor of civil and environmental engineering, received a scholarly equipment and materials award for her project, \u201cCoastal Resource Management Solutions with Land-Sea Connection Diagnostics.\u201d Her research is also supported by a WRRI 104g grant<\/a> through the Mitchell Center.<\/p>\n

The Faculty Research Fund program aims to support faculty in establishing or maintaining high-quality research programs and other creative achievements.
