On Friday, August 7, at 10:30 a.m., Heather Leslie<\/a> will present a webinar, \u201cClimate science and action for Maine\u2019s coast and coastal communities,\u201d with highlights of the strategies developed by the Coastal and Marine Working Group of the Maine Climate Council. Heather is director of the Darling Marine Center and an associate professor in the School of Marine Sciences as well as a Mitchell Center faculty fellow. The webinar is the final event in the DMC\u2019s three-part summer science series.<\/p>\n
