Sustainable seafood got national attention recently when aired a segment on what sustainable seafood is, why it matters, and how to find and support it. The segment featured Joshua Stoll, 91¸£Àû assistant professor of marine policy and Mitchell Center faculty fellow, and the , which supports community fisheries and helps connect consumers directly with fishermen. Stoll co-founded and helps run Local Catch.
