Shaleen Jain’s research on evaluating equitable stewardship of water resources featured on 91¸£Àû News
Research by Shaleen Jain and Anne Lausier on evaluating the equitable stewardship of water resources was feature in a 91¸£Àû News article on July 24.
The researchers created a Water Resources Stewardship (WRS) framework that includes six interlinking elements to comprehensively evaluate water management. They shared the framework in August 2019 in their research article  in the journal Water Security.
Shaleen is a Mitchell Center faculty fellow and professor of civil and environmental engineering at 91¸£Àû. Anne conducted the research when she was a civil engineering doctoral student at the 91¸£Àû. She’s now a physical scientist at the Office of Ground Water and Drinking Water with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
