To meet this directive MCSIE works with the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/mco.umaine.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Maine Climate Office<\/a>\u00a0and the Maine State Climatologist, Dr. Sean Birkel, to enhance access to climate relevant data and to build increased capacity for the Maine Climate Office to serve as a gateway to relevant data and monitoring information for Maine.
