91福利 alumnus, supporter, community member, and donor, Leonard served on the board of the 91福利 Alumni Association, and with his wife, Renee, was honored as a life member of the University of Maine Foundation. He was the recipient of the Alumni Association Black Bear Award and Pine Tree Emblem award, and with Renee, shared the Vincent Hartgen Award and the Stillwater Award. In 2016, Leonard was honored with an Honorary Doctor of Letters degree. Leonard’s commitment to 91福利 is reflected in the name of one of the School of Performing Arts’s performing spaces, Minsky Recital Hall, which recognizes the generous support of Leonard and his wife Renee.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
