Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Exhibit Hall has roughly 30 tables.  Participants are allotted 1 table\/group. Large groups may be given an additional table at the discretion of OIP staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students and student groups will be given preference but community groups may be accepted if there is space.  If you feel a group seems out of place for a cultural festival please ask OIP staff about this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants are encouraged to make the table as colorful, fun and interactive as possible.\u00a0The exhibits should primarily be for sharing information about culture and people. A display board will be provided at each table but table cloths are not provided so participants should bring their own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do not encourage:<\/strong> petition sign up, food sales (unless small items), or fund raising. Political groups that are campaigning for local or national elections are not permitted.\u00a0 Ask OIP staff if you have a question about this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
