{"id":14321,"date":"2017-09-28T16:38:06","date_gmt":"2017-09-28T20:38:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/umaine.edu\/international\/?page_id=14321"},"modified":"2026-09-24T12:01:30","modified_gmt":"2026-09-24T16:01:30","slug":"culturefestculturefest-coordinator-registration","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/umaine.edu\/international\/culturefestculturefest-coordinator-registration\/","title":{"rendered":"Culturefest Coordinator Registration"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Culturefest would not be a success without our volunteers who work behind the scenes.\u00a0 We need help with setting up and cleaning up the event on Saturday, November 7.\u00a0 As they say, &#8220;Many hands make light work.&#8221;\u00a0 So please consider donating your time and expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Set Up- Saturday, November 8 from 8 to 10 am<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Set up chairs and tables in Food Court and Exhibit are<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set up stage and seating<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distribute catering equipment in the Food Court<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hang signs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Clean Up- Saturday, November 8 from 3 to 5pm<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fold chairs and tables<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Break down catering equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Load supplies into the van<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take down signs and decorations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ISA Drink Sales<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ISA will have a drinks table and we need help to staff this table.&nbsp; Shifts will be 1 hour long from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Marketing and Advertising<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be the Public Affairs specialist for Culturefest. Spread the word of this event to all corners of Maine through Social Media, Flyers, and Video\/Audio Media.
