Student in Educational Leadership is presented to a master\u2019s student in educational leadership who has demonstrated an affinity for their own leadership development as an educator. The recipient understands the cognitive, interpersonal and intra-personal aspects of their own leadership development to better meet the needs of students, families and stakeholders in their community.<\/p>\n<p><strong><i>Statement from the Educational Leadership faculty<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>In 2021, this award is granted to Angela E. Domina, a Bangor High School English Teacher and a candidate for the Ed.S. in Educational Leadership in the Maine Educational Leadership Academy cohort. Angela is a passionate, reflective leader, who demonstrates a deep understanding of the necessary skills of educational leaders as evidenced in both her written work and oral communication.
