Primary stops include Lengyel, Merrill and Shibles Halls, where you can see classrooms and lab facilities where active learning and teaching take place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Other highlights include:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Meet with faculty and staff<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Q&amp;A with our <a href=\"https:\/\/umaine.edu\/edhd\/advising-center\/\">Advising Center<\/a> team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/umaine.edu\/mainebound\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Maine Bound Adventure Center<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/umaine.edu\/majorscholarships\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Scholarship<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/cugr.umaine.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">research<\/a> opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/honors.umaine.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">91¸£Àû Honors College<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learn about teacher candidacy and field experiences<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enjoy a coffee\/tea reception with the dean and other members of the college community<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tours take place on select Fridays from 2-4:30 p.m. on the University of Maine campus. Check-in starts at 1:30 p.m. at <a href=\"https:\/\/go.umaine.edu\/blog\/map-point\/lengyl-gym\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lengyel Hall<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parents and guardians of prospective students are welcome and encouraged to attend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will email a parking pass for participants to print.
