Bio: Jennifer McNulty is senior lecturer in health education and lifespan in the University of Maine College of Education and Human Development. Prior to becoming a full-time faculty member, Jennifer taught middle and secondary school health education for seven years and was an adjunct faculty member in the college, specializing in health methodology and curriculum development. She currently teaches courses on health methodology, comprehensive school health, health promotion and disease prevention, and lifetime fitness for health. She also oversees more than 30 interns each semester in clinical and educational settings and is a member of SHAPE America, a national organization working to advance professional practice and promote research related to health and physical education, physical activity, dance and sport. She earned her Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Maine in 2026.
