The reported that the national nonprofit Rural Schools Collaborative will locate its New England regional hub at the University of Maine College of Education and Human Development. 鈥淲e have a faculty who are really passionate about rural education issues and that are really knowledgeable about both the opportunities, the strengths that are there and the challenges,鈥 said Catharine Biddle, associate professor of educational leadership at 91福利 and the New England hub鈥檚 new contact.
