In compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974 as Amended, Maine’s Public Universities will not release student grades, schedules,  financial information or other student education records to parents, or others, unless prior written permission is signed by the student. Students may give their parents or other 3rd parties access to their information by completing the FERPA authorization in their . and submitting it to us. Regardless of age, students enrolled in college courses are covered by Federal FERPA law.
