Jason C. Charland serves as Senior Advisor to the President and Vice Chancellor to Research and Innovation at the University of Maine. He is responsible for implementing university-wide extramural funding strategies for federal, state, and foundation funding and executing strategic research initiatives.  He holds a master’s degree in social work and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from 91¸£Àû.
