Ten Acadia Harvest California Yellowtail departed CCAR yesterday to be featured in Wegman’s Sushi Festival in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts this weekend. \u00a0The fish looked great and will be the freshest yellowtail on the display table (and perhaps the only fish being locally sourced in New England).\u00a0 The celebration of sushi\u00a0 brings the excitement of Tokyo\u2019s famed Tsukiji fish market straight to customers in the store. The event offers unique fish prepared by Wegmans\u2019 premier sushi chefs. A Maguro no Kaitai show in the seafood department features a whole tuna taken apart with a 6-foot knife and portioned right in front of customers.<\/div>\n
