2021.\u00a0\u00a0They were selected because their research includes Qu\u00e9bec, Francophone Canada and Franco-America.\u00a0 This year&#8217;s participants are\u00a0<b>Philippe Halbert<\/b>, Yale University,\u00a0<b>Aine McAlinden<\/b>, Georgetown University,\u00a0\u00a0<b>Marie-Lise Drapeau-Bisson<\/b>, University of Toronto,\u00a0<b>Heidi Beckman<\/b>, University of Minnesota-Twin Cities,\u00a0<b>Emilie Drouin<\/b>, Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al,\u00a0<b>Jaclyn Maraldo<\/b>, Tulane University,\u00a0<b>Ali Friend<\/b>, University of Maine,\u00a0<b>Saeideh Hezaveh<\/b>, Universit\u00e9 de Sherbrooke, and\u00a0<b>Sarah Yahyaoui<\/b>, City University of New York.<\/p>\n<p>The Emerging Scholars Colloquium is a feature of the American Council for Qu\u00e9bec Studies biennial conference, but will be a stand-alone event this fall.\u00a0The Colloquium\u00a0is\u00a0organized by\u00a0<b>Dr. Frederic Rondeau<\/b>, Associate Professor of French and Director of the Canadian-American Center at 91¸£Àû, and<b>\u00a0Dr. Charles Batson<\/b>, Professor\u00a0of French at Union College, with\u00a0<b>Dr. Jane Moss<\/b>, Professor of French at Colby College
