Gallery Talk with artist James Linehan and author Carl Little

Lord Hall Gallery will host a free Gallery Talk with art critic, poet, and writer Carl Little and artist James Linehan (Senior Alumni Weekend) in conjunction with the exhibition “A Sense of Wonder: The Maine Landscapes of Vincent Hartgen, Michael Lewis, and James Linehan.” This exhibition celebrates the legacy of three emeritus professors in Painting: Vincent Hartgen, Michael Lewis, and James Linehan. These educators shaped the Art Department and collectively provided nearly 130 years of teaching and administrative work at the University of Maine. Little and Linehan will discuss the work on view.
Please note that a limited number of stools (20) will be available. Additional guests are welcome to stand.
